Fractional executive leadership and consulting for teams building in health tech, digital health, and oncology, from first line of code to market.
I can sit with engineers on architecture, clinicians on workflow, executives on strategy, and buyers on value, then translate fluently between all of them.
0-to-1 product definition, roadmap, and a clear path from concept to a sellable, scalable platform.
Go-to-market design, sales-team build and coaching, forecasting, pricing, and post-acquisition transitions.
Cloud (Azure) foundations, SDLC and program management, vendor/MSP and ERP implementation oversight.
Stand-up of HIPAA / HITECH security and privacy programs for early-stage health-tech.
A fluent bridge between engineers, clinicians, executives, and buyers when a complex decision needs all four.
Practical adoption of modern AI tooling to accelerate product, delivery, and commercial operations.
Part-time product, commercial, or technology leadership for a startup not yet ready for a full-time hire.
Ongoing strategic counsel on product direction, GTM, and oncology / digital-health market dynamics.
A scoped engagement to de-risk one hard problem: a launch, a turnaround, a security stand-up, an ERP rollout.
Investor- or operator-side perspective on healthcare-technology products and markets.
Twenty years ago, as an IT specialist at a cancer center, I wrote the first lines of code for what became oncology’s first digitized clinical decision support system. That project grew into a profitable company, later acquired by Elsevier, whose platform is now used by roughly one in five U.S. oncologists.
Along the way I did nearly every job a growth-stage company needs: software engineer, product leader, head of sales and go-to-market, and most recently founding technologist, Security Officer, and Privacy Officer for an oncology startup, standing up Azure infrastructure, an SDLC, a HIPAA program, and an enterprise ERP.
Why me: most advisors have done one slice of this. I’ve done nearly all of it, in the same domain, so I see around corners others miss, move from boardroom strategy to architecture whiteboard without missing a beat, and I ship.
Whether you need a fractional executive, an advisor, or a sprint to de-risk one hard problem, reach out and let’s find the right fit.
